Spring 2011 Newsletter
Tired of snow and cold? Here's warm wishes to an early Spring! Our Spring 2011 newsletter outlines upcoming Red Smith news and events.

Dogs Prohibited Prohibited
Just another friendly reminder…Per Chapter 25.04 of the City Ordinance Code Book, dogs are prohibited in all City Parks. Our park, Red Smith, is a city park. Many warnings were given out last year, and this year the Parks Department has asked the Green Bay Police Department to start writing tickets. Please remember to pick up after your dogs also when taking them for walks in the neighborhood.

Speeding
The number one concern/complaint received by your association board of directors is speeding in the neighborhood. Please be advised that your board has asked the Green Bay Police Department for extra patrols whenever possible, and warnings will no longer be given. The Police Department has determined that most speeding in residential areas is done by the residents themselves. If you observe vehicles who are continually driving in excess of the limit, write down their license plate number and call the Green Bay Police Traffic Enforcement Unit at 448-3212 and leave them the information.
Please help us keep our children safe, and drive 25 mph.
